Diving in Raja Ampat was a dream come true as well, a total once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Mag eine gute Tauchschule sein, jedoch habe ich mich im Kontakt mit dem Personal sehr unwohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt via Mail war bereits angespannt, obwohl ich lediglich vorab alles organisieren wollte, damit wir möglichst viel vom Tauchen vor Ort haben können. Wir waren 5 Tage da und wollten das Maximum herausholen. Eine Organisation vorab war leider nicht wirklich möglich. Vor Ort wurde uns gesagt, dass das Paperwork 1 Tag brauche, sodass wir einen Tauchtag verlieren würden, was ich als sehr ärgerlich empfand. Auch vor Ort sehr unfreundliches Personal, die ebenfalls neu und ungeschult wirkten. Es folgten weitere teils widersprüchliche Informationen. Zudem wurde uns der eigentlich nur empfohlene Refresherkurs immer wieder als obligat verkauft. Das wirkte sehr unprofessionell auf uns.
So gern wir mit dieser Tauchschule, welche unmittelbar in unserem Hotel gelegen war, tauchen gegangen wären, haben sie es uns so schwer gemacht, dass wir uns letztlich den nächstgelegenen Tauchschulen anvertraut haben, die allesamt verlässliche Informationen liefern konnten und durchweg freundlich waren.

Day Diving
Emperor offers day diving in the Solomon Islands, Indonesia and Egypt. On the Red Sea we have three centres with a variety of different ‘feels’ – from the vibrant Sharm el Sheikh to relaxed Wadi Sabarah. In the Solomons, Emperor Divers Honiara provides unrivalled access to incredible World War II history and stunning marine life while Emperor Lembongan in Indonesia is perfectly situated to explore the world-famous Coral Triangle.
PADI Dive Courses
Emperor’s dive centres have a partnership with PADI that goes back well over three decades. We offer a full range of courses under the guidance of our highly-qualified and vastly-experienced instructors and our Red Sea centres all have the premier PADI 5 Star rating.
